Hive Dynamics (hivedynamics.ai) sells AI setup training, digital products, hardware, and done-for-you services. We are a brand of our parent company, Locksmith Chick, which is the legal entity that processes payments. Contact: [email protected].
What you're buying — and what you are NOT buying
This is the most important section on this page, so we'll be blunt.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We refer to them only to describe what our materials are about — the same way a book about a camera can name the camera.
We do not sell, resell, or provide access to Claude, to Anthropic's API, or to any Anthropic subscription. You bring your own account, and your use of it is governed by your own agreement with Anthropic, not by us. What you buy from us is our own material: our written guides, our configuration templates, our workflows, our training, our hardware, and our time.
If you were expecting to receive AI model access from us, do not buy — email us and we'll tell you honestly that this isn't that.
No income promises
We do not promise that our products will make you money, save you a specific amount of time, or produce any particular result. We don't publish earnings claims, and if you ever see one attributed to us, it isn't ours. What you get out of this depends on your work, your skill, and your situation.
Your license to what you buy
Digital products are licensed to you, for you and your business, including in your own client work. That's the point of them.
You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our materials as your own product, or share your download links publicly. It's a small operation making this stuff — please don't.
Memberships
Memberships bill monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing us; see our refund policy. We describe the membership cadence as roughly monthly and we mean roughly — drops follow real work, not a content calendar.
Services
For audits, websites, systems, and consultations, we'll agree the scope with you on a real call before we start. If we can't do what you need, we'll say so and refund you rather than take the job.
Support
Reply to any email from us and a human answers. That's not a marketing line, it's just how small we are.
Liability
Our materials and services are provided as-is. We do our honest best, but we can't be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Changes aren't retroactive — the terms that applied when you bought are the ones that apply to your purchase.
