The short version
We collect the minimum we need to sell you something and support you. We don't sell your data. We never will.
What we collect
- Your email — if you request a free guide, or when you buy something.
- Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the name, email, phone and business name you entered at checkout.
- Card details — no. We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card data goes to them, not to us.
- Basic analytics — page views and clicks, so we know which pages work. This includes your IP address and browser user-agent. We don't use it to build an advertising profile of you.
What we do with it
Deliver what you bought. Answer your emails. Send you the guides and product updates you asked for. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to actually run:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, and sending our email
They process it to provide those services to us, and for no other purpose.
If you give us your email for a free guide, we'll send you the guide and a few genuinely useful follow-ups. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we honor it immediately. If you buy something, we'll email you about the thing you bought.
Your rights
Email [email protected] and ask us to show you what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it — no forms, no arguing, no "retention specialist." If you ask us to delete you, we delete you, keeping only what we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (basically: the record that a sale happened).
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics measures page views and clicks to tell us which pages are working. That's the extent of it.
Children
This isn't a service for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
