The short version
Digital products (the Blueprint, the Course): 7 days, no questions asked. Email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. You don't have to explain yourself, and you don't have to prove you tried it. We won't argue with you.
Memberships (Build & Code Together, Care plans, Founder Line)
Cancel any time — email [email protected] and we'll cancel it. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again.
We do not pro-rate a partial month, but if you cancel and you were billed within the last 7 days, ask us and we'll refund that charge. We'd rather give the money back than have you feel trapped by a subscription you don't want.
Services (Audit, Website, Local AI System, On-Site Consultation)
These involve our time and real scheduling, so they work differently — honestly:
- Before we start work: full refund, no questions.
- After we've started: email us. We'll refund the part we haven't done. If we haven't delivered what we promised, we'll make it right or refund you — we're not going to keep money for work you didn't get.
- Deposits reserve your slot and cover scoping work. If you cancel before we've started, you get it back.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or just reply to your receipt. Tell us what you bought. That's the whole process — there is no form and no retention script.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually shows up within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please just email us first. We will almost certainly say yes, and it's faster than a chargeback — a bank dispute takes weeks and costs us a fee even when we agree with you.
What you'll see on your statement
Hive Dynamics is a brand of its parent company, Locksmith Chick, which is the registered business that processes our payments. Depending on your bank and the product, your card statement may show LOCKSMITHCHICK, or LOCKSMITHCHICK HIVE DYNAMICS.
That is us, and it is not a mistake or a fraudulent charge. We know it's confusing, so we're telling you up front rather than letting you find out on your statement.
